Here are the benefits we offer. The list may change as we are constantly looking to improve it.
Working hours
9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, with 1 hour lunch break.
We are fairly flexible with regards to working hours, as long as the work gets done, and that you ensure you are present when needed (eg daily or weekly meetings).
We only work Mondays to Fridays. Saturdays and Sundays are off. We may exceptionally request you to come in and work on a Sunday; that will be paid as overtime (unless you have taken leave without pay).
WFH
During the Covid19 pandemic and until the situation is safe for everyone we all work from home.
Leave
- Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days
- Annual leave: 1.5 days every month 1
- Sick leave: 0.5 day per month 1
Dashain allowance
- 1 month's salary 2

SSF
We contribute to your SSF fund as per Government regulations (20% of base salary).
CIT
You can contribute part of your salary to the CIT.
English tuition
We provide English tuition. This tuition is designed specifically for software developers. It includes one-to-one sessions as well as group sessions.
Training
When you join you will be enrolled in our training program. This includes a mix of formal tuition and hands-on training. You can find some of our training material in this website.
